What are we looking for?
Freehold and Leasehold sites considered (with additional premium for freehold sites)
- Goodwill premium paid for existing trading convenience stores throughout Scotland (ideally trading at 20k per week + excluding services)
- All sites must be a minimum of 2000 Sq. Ft. retail space (no maximum)
- All locations throughout Scotland considered
- All existing property / store conditions considered
